
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
DROP OFF / PICKUP GUIDELINES
1. Students using Classrooms A and C should enter and exit the studio through the front door facing San Miguel Street. Students using Classroom B should enter and exit the studio through the back door facing the rear parking lot.
2. There will be a drop-off/pick-up line along the west side of the building for Classroom B only. Please enter the parking lot from San Miguel Street, drive behind the building, and to the west entry door. A teacher will be available to walk your child into and out of the studio.
DANCE ATTIRE AND DRESS CODE
3. Please label all of your child’s belongings, including dance shoes, with his or her name.
4. Dance attire includes (a.) pink or black leotard, (b.) pink or black skirt, (c.) pink or black dance pants, (d.) pink or black tights, and (e.) dance shoes. Hair must be pulled back away from the face and preferable pulled up off the neck. Exceptions to this rule are Music & Movement, Hip-Hop, Cheer Dance, Performance Theatre, and specialty classes such as art and yoga. The dress code in these classes is left to the teacher’s discretion.
5. Adherence to this dress code will prevent unnecessary distractions and wardrobe interruptions in the class.
CLASS TUITION AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
7. Classes run from September through April.
8. Class tuition is due promptly on the first of each month. Students may not attend dance class unless tuition is paid to date. Tuition is considered late after the 10thof each month and a $5.00 late fee will be assessed.
9. Please note that we do not mail invoices to each household. A reminder notice will be posted at the studio each month and payment may be handed to your child’s teacher or placed in the tuition box at the front desk.
10. In the event your child wishes to withdraw from dance class, please complete a “Class Drop Form” at the front desk. Parents are responsible for tuition payments until this form is submitted. Once submitted, parents are released from any further tuition obligation.
11. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and debit cards. If paying cash, please make sure you receive a receipt. Checks should be payable to “MS. LISA’S DANCE & CO.”
12. Tuition and fees are as follows:
Annual Registration Fee $30 per student or $50 per family
Monthly Tuition 30 minute classes $47/month
Monthly Tuition 45-60 minute classes $50/month
13. Discounts are as follows:
$5.00 off monthly tuition if paid on or before the first of the month
$5.00 off monthly tuition for sibling enrollment
$5.00 off monthly tuition for multiple class enrollments
15% off monthly tuition if paid by semester
20% off monthly tuition if paid by year
